Director of Account Strategy

As the Director of Account Strategy at Jacht, I was responsible for overseeing all client relations and brand strategy development. My role involved ensuring Account Executives and Brand Strategists comprehended the strategy and deliverables outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) contracts. I served as a liaison to the faculty, maintaining the overall picture of client work and alerting them to any potential issues. I created and developed Jacht’s first project management system and processes using Asana, based on extensive research of various programs. I trained the entire Jacht team and faculty advisors on utilizing Asana for project creation, management, and tracking, and I managed templates for projects, meetings, and long-term strategic planning. Additionally, I directed a recruitment campaign for a successful semester transition, which received 37 student applicants, and I planned and coordinated networking events with various local advertising agencies.

Account Executive

I built sustainable relationships with clients by ensuring clear communication to meet and exceed contract expectations. Acting as the liaison between clients and the creative team, I managed all internal and external client communication. I collaborated with team members to ensure projects were delivered on time and within scope, identifying potential risks and developing solutions to prevent client dissatisfaction. I scheduled and led weekly and monthly client meetings, and I created and monitored project plans, schedules, hours, costs, and deliverables. By understanding clients' business goals, challenges, and target audience—particularly in the banking, finance, and non-profit educational enhancement sectors—I provided targeted support. Conducting market research via focus groups and surveys, I used Microsoft Excel to create internal project timelines. Throughout, I upheld integrity in quality control initiatives while representing Jacht.
